NIBORA ltd. is a direct importer of cylindrical and needle rollers. The cylindrical and needle rollers are manufactured from UNI-DIN 100Cr6 steel (alternatively – AISI 52100, WST 1.3505, BS EN31). All cylindrical and needle rollers are hardened to HRC 60 – 66. Upon request stainless steel cylindrical and needle rollers – AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 420, AISI 430, AISI 440, can be delivered.
There are three main types of cylindrical rollers: type TR – with front and radial ground finish surface, TP – with a radial ground finish surface, ZB – logarithmic profile and front and radial ground finish surface. Type ZB are supplied in diameters from 2 mm to 50 mm and length 3 mm to 100 mm. Type TR are supplied in diameters of 4 mm to 50 mm and length of 4 mm to 100 mm. The needle rollers are two types: type NRA with rounded ends and type NRB with flat ends. Type NRA are delivered in diameters from 1.5 mm to 8 mm and length of 2 mm to 30 mm and the NRB in diameters from 1 mm to 10 mm and length of 2 to 30 mm.
