Ball transfer units

The ball transfer units are composed of a large precision ball, rotating on small precision balls, placed on a heat-hardened bed in an external body with a different shape. The construction of the unit provides minimal resistance and smooth motion at speeds up to 2 m / sec. Thus very heavy loads can be moved with minimal effort and strength. The company delivers ball transfer units  with main supporting ball’s diameter of 8 mm to 90 mm, made of chrome, stainless steel or plastic, with a bearing load capacity up to 2000 kg. The ball transfer units are mainly used for cargo platforms in airports, metal processing machines, conveyors, lifting platforms, robotics, electronics, marble processing machines, equipment for production of ceramic tiles and bricks, conveyor systems for containers and pallets.
