Overview and comparison

What are AT profile timing pulleys?
AT (Advanced Technology) is an enhanced version of the T profile with greater tooth depth and better lateral tension resistance. AT10 has a 10 mm pitch — identical to T10 — but with improved performance under higher loads and in drives with a slack span. Widely used in linear drives, CNC and automation.
AT advantages over T: greater tooth engagement depth; better resistance to vibration and shock; lower tendency to tooth skip under overload.

What is the difference between AT10 and T10?
AT10 has identical pitch (10 mm) to T10 but greater tooth depth — better engagement, higher resistance to vibration and load. AT profile is preferred for more demanding conditions.
Can AT10 pulleys be used with T10 belts?
No — AT and T profiles have different tooth forms and are NOT interchangeable. Use AT belt with AT pulley and T belt with T pulley.
Why is AT10 offered in 3 widths?
Width determines the power capacity of the drive. The wider pulley (66 mm) transmits approximately 2× the power of the narrow version (31 mm) at the same tooth count. Select based on required torque.
