OLI MVE Vibrating Motors
OLI (Olivibra) is the world's leading manufacturer of electric vibrating motors, with 36+ local warehouses and 18 trading subsidiaries. OLI MVE vibrating motors are FMEA-designed: aluminium frames up to size 50, ductile cast iron from size 60, alloy steel shafts. Windings are vacuum impregnated with Class F insulating materials (155°C). Eccentric masses are fully adjustable from 0% to 100% of maximum centrifugal force. IP66 protection and tropical treatment are standard. Nibora Ltd. supplies OLI vibrating motors on request for Bulgaria and the region.
The MVE Standard series is three-phase (24V–690V, 50 and 60 Hz) with 2, 4, 6, or 8 poles. A single-phase version (110V/220V) is available for 2-pole models. All OLI vibrating motors support inverter (VFD) operation from 20 Hz to rated frequency. PTC thermistor 130°C is standard from size 60. Colour: polyester powder coating RAL 2009 (orange). MVE-Exe increased safety range covers ATEX Zone 1–21 (Ex eb IIC T3 Gb). MVE-Exd explosion-proof covers Zone 0–21 (Ex db IIB T3) for oil and gas. MVE-SS stainless steel (AISI 316) covers Zone 22 for food industry, unpainted. All ranges are CE, ATEX, IECEx and UL/cUL (Intertek) certified. Contact Nibora Ltd. for pricing.

What centrifugal force do OLI MVE vibrating motors produce?
OLI MVE Standard ranges from 66 kg (MVE 60/3) to 26,000 kg (MVE 26000/090). Model selection depends on the vibrating machine weight and required amplitude.
What is the difference between MVE-Exe and MVE-Exd?
MVE-Exe (Ex eb — increased safety) is for Zone 1–21 with occasional gas explosion risk. MVE-Exd (Ex db — explosion-proof) is for Zone 0–21 with constant risk — oil and gas sector. MVE-Exe is lighter and more accessible; MVE-Exd has thick-walled heavy construction.
Should I lubricate a new OLI vibrating motor before installation?
No. OLI vibrating motors with roller bearings leave the factory with the correct quantity of grease. Models with ball bearings require no lubrication at all.
Can OLI vibrating motors operate at 60 Hz?
Yes. Every 50 Hz model has a 60 Hz equivalent (e.g. MVE 200/3E ↔ MVE 200/36E). For sizes up to 60: adjust masses to 70% of 50 Hz setting. Size 60 and above: specific 60 Hz masses.
How is vibration intensity adjusted?
By rotating the eccentric masses following the marking on the casing — from the thicker tip toward the thin tip. Type A masses: adjusted from the left side of the motor. OLI motors are supplied with masses set at 100% as standard.
What ambient temperature is permissible?
Standard: –20°C to +40°C. Up to +55°C available on request for MVE Standard. PTC thermistor at 130°C is standard from size 60 for overheat protection.
What is the price of an OLI MVE vibrating motor?
Price depends on the series, size, and pole count. Contact Nibora Ltd. for current pricing, availability, and delivery terms.
