What are heavy duty conveyor rollers
Heavy duty rollers are steel conveyor rollers with built-in ball bearings (6204/6305/6206/6306 series depending on diameter), designed for heavy-duty roller conveyors — bulk materials, pallets, crates, heavy parts. The roller tube has a greater wall thickness than the light and medium duty series, and the larger diameters (Ø89 and up) offer a choice of shaft diameter and bearing size for higher load capacity.
Each of the 8 diameters (Ø51 to Ø159mm) is available in 15 standard working lengths (A) — from 165 to 1800mm — and in 9 different shaft-end configurations (keyway, threaded, plain or tapered end, etc.), for direct replacement of existing rollers or the design of new conveyor sections.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the diameter and wall thickness?
Based on the load and the span between conveyor supports — a larger diameter and greater wall thickness (S) carry more weight over a longer unsupported span; the full length/weight table is in the PDF catalog.
What shaft-end options are available?
9 standard types (Type 1-9) — keyway, external thread, internal thread, plain or tapered end — see the PDF catalog for exact drawings and dimensions.
What is the price of a heavy duty roller?
Contact Nibora Ltd. for a quote based on the selected diameter, length and shaft-end type.
