Elevator bolts
Elevator bolts fasten the buckets to the elevator belt. Their special toothed head shape ensures a strong connection and allows the bolt head to sink into the belt, preventing belt slippage and drum damage.
Available in two versions: zinc-plated steel (FE) with a grade 4S screw and grade 6S nut, packed in boxes of 25-100 pcs, and stainless (INOX AISI 304) for the food and chemical industries.

Which bolt size should I choose?
The bolt size (diameter d and length L) depends on the thickness of the elevator bucket and belt — longer bolts (L=45-60 mm) are for thicker deep-form buckets, shorter ones (L=20-30 mm) for shallow buckets.
FE or INOX version?
FE (zinc-plated steel) is the standard, more economical choice for most applications. INOX (AISI 304) is recommended for the food and chemical industries, humid environments, or corrosion-resistance requirements.
