Manufacturer: DZ Trasmissioni (Italy) | Distributor for Bulgaria: Nibora Ltd, Pleven

Product Overview
DZ Trasmissioni precision bevel gear drives are compact units with spiral bevel gears (GLEASON), designed to transmit rotary power between two shafts arranged at 90° to each other. The range covers 9 sizes with shafts from Ø8 to Ø35 mm, power up to 15 kW and speeds up to 3,000 rpm. Available in four versions: standard aluminium (DZ), extended (ZP), stainless steel (INOX) and custom (SPECIAL).

FAQ
What is a bevel gear drive and when is it used?
A right-angle bevel gear drive transmits rotary power between two shafts at 90°. Used when the motor and driven element must be in different directions – for example in packaging lines, conveyors and agri-food machines with limited space.
Difference between DZ and ZP series?
DZ is the standard series with 2 or 3 output flanges – input A + output B or C. ZP is the extended series with up to 4 output flanges (B, C and D) – for drives requiring multiple output axes from one input shaft. ZP also includes the INVERT version for reverse rotation.
Difference between DZ and INOX versions?
DZ has an aluminium housing – standard industrial use. INOX has stainless steel housing and shafts – required for food, pharma and chemical industries where hygiene and wash-down resistance are essential.
What is the maximum speed at ratio 1:2 and 1:3?
At ratio 1:2 maximum input speed is 750 rpm. At ratio 1:3 maximum input speed is 500 rpm. At ratio 1:1 speed can reach up to 3,000 rpm.
