Product Overview
Motovario H series are inline (coaxial) helical gear reducers where input and output shafts share the same axis. Designed for maximum reliability under harsh operating conditions and applications requiring high radial loads. The series covers cast iron (sizes 030–140) and aluminium (sizes A30–A60) housings, with power up to 45 kW and torque up to 8,000 Nm. Nibora Ltd offers the H series on request – contact us for a quote.

What is the difference between H series and B series?
H series are inline helical gearboxes with input and output shafts on the same axis. B series are helical-bevel gearboxes with a 90° angle between input and output. Choose H when shafts must be coaxial; choose B when a right-angle drive is needed.
What is the difference between cast iron H and aluminium HA?
Cast iron H series (030–140): heavy-duty, up to 8,000 Nm and 55,000 N radial force. Aluminium HA series (A30–A60): lighter and more compact, up to 450 Nm and 7 kW – suitable for lighter drives with weight limitations.
What gear ratios are available?
From i = 1.23 (near direct drive) to i = 282.1 in 3-stage configurations – making the H series exceptionally versatile for a wide range of output speeds.
Is ATEX certification available?
Yes – ATEX version 2GD/3GD, T=135°C (T4) per Directive 94/9/CE. Specify zone and substance group when ordering.
What is the delivery time?
Standard configurations: typically 5–15 working days. Special versions (ATEX, non-standard shaft): confirmed individually.
